Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge suppliers any fee to sell logs to DA Global Sourcing?
No. We never ask suppliers to pay any fee upfront. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent us and asks for payment before shipment, verify directly through our official contact details below.
Do you only buy the species listed on this page?
No — these are our current priorities. We evaluate any commercial tropical hardwood log with legal, traceable origin, so send us your offer even if your species isn't listed above.
Do you accept trial shipments or only full container volumes?
Both. We're open to a trial shipment to verify quality and working relationship, aiming toward a regular, recurring monthly volume with suppliers who can deliver consistently.
What documents do I need to export logs to Vietnam?
Requirements vary by origin country, but legal harvest documentation, a phytosanitary certificate and fumigation certificate are standard, with FLEGT or other timber-legality documentation appreciated where applicable.
How do I start the process?
Send us your species, origin, dimensions, available quantity, monthly capacity, price and port of loading along with photos. We review it and reply directly — no broker chain in between.
